What is your shipping policy?

We currently offer free shipping Worldwide. Customs Fees are always possible when shipping to a different country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We at Chloe S-lime are obsessed with slime and we want you to be too! We stand by our product and want you to know that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will come up with a solution!
– Contact us within 7 days of receiving your slime at info@chloeslime.com
– Due to sanitary reasons, slime can not be returned or exchanged.

How long until you ship my order?

All orders need 1 to 2 days to process. Since slime is a handmade product that is produced and packaged in small batches there can be the occasional exception to the stated time frame. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation and its over the time frame for processing, please send an email to info@chloeslime.com

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automatic email with your tracking details. PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive tracking information until your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your tracking email and it is after the time frame for processing your order please send a message to info@chloeslime.com

My package or one of the items are damaged/missing!

Oh I’m sorry to hear that! Please send us photos of the damaged item to info@chloeslime.com and we will work to either replace the item or the whole package on a case by case basis.

Do you offer custom orders for special occasions or birthdays?

At this time we can only accommodate any custom orders over 30 slime. If you have a large event that needs more than 30 slime, please send an email to info@chloeslime.com
